As part of the annual celebration of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the HCDS and the Department of Computer Science were able to present the Rescue-Mate research project to the public at the Hamburg State Representation in Berlin.
The project is a successful example of the so-called twin transformation, in which digital and sustainable transformation processes are linked in order to effectively address social challenges. As such, it is particularly representative of Universität Hamburg's guiding principle of "Innovating and cooperating for a sustainable and digital future".
As part of the project presentation, various live demonstrations of the system were given, in which the various possible uses of Rescue-Mate in emergency scenarios were presented. This allowed the first tangible results to be presented and discussed with a broad public.
