Participating Institutions
The HCDS is designed to be scalable. In particular, this includes opportunities for close cooperation with and participation of scientific partners in the metropolitan region of Hamburg and in northern Germany to take advantage of spatial proximity, but also national and international cooperation.
Both methodological and applying research is conducted in university and non-university partner institutions. Neither the CDLs nor the Methodology Competence Center are specific to Universität Hamburg and were therefore conceived and designed more broadly from the outset.
Currently, all universities and non-university research institutions in the metropolitan region are being integrated into the concept.
